We sometimes run platform promotions to help passengers save on eligible rides. Everything below is general information only — your quote at booking is what counts.
Any promotion or discount is calculated by our systems when you get a quote or complete checkout. This website does not display ride prices or campaign-specific amounts — always check the total shown in the DrivoX app or web booking flow before you confirm.
From time to time we may grant wallet credit or run marketing campaigns subject to eligibility, budgets, and validity periods. Balances and rules are shown in the passenger app. Unused credit may expire according to the campaign or grant terms.
Platform marketing discounts apply only to electronic payment methods we support for promotions (for example card, Apple Pay, or business account where applicable). Cash journeys do not use these platform promotions.
If we offer promo codes or referral rewards, redemption and tracking happen in the passenger app. Codes may be subject to caps, fair-use limits, and expiry — see promotional programme terms for a summary.
Bookings remain subject to our main terms and conditions and privacy policy. The promotional programme summary does not replace those documents.
