Promotional programme — summary

This page summarises how platform marketing offers work. It is not a complete legal contract on its own. Your use of DrivoX remains governed by our main terms and conditions and privacy policy.

1. Nature of promotions

Platform promotions are discretionary marketing benefits funded by DrivoX (or as described in the relevant campaign). We may start, change, pause, or end any campaign, budget, or eligibility rule. We may also correct obvious errors in displayed quotes where permitted under our main terms.

2. Where offers apply

Savings and wallet balances are shown in the passenger app and/or the web booking checkout when you request a quote. This marketing website does not display personalised fares or live campaign amounts.

3. Payment method

Unless we state otherwise for a specific campaign, platform marketing discounts apply only to eligible electronic payment methods (such as card, Apple Pay, or business account where we enable them for promotions). Cash journeys are not eligible for these platform marketing reductions.

4. Wallet credit

Wallet or account credit may be subject to per-ride caps, total balance limits, expiry dates, and fair-use rules. Credit is not cash, cannot be transferred to third parties unless we expressly allow it, and may be voided if we detect abuse or breach of these terms.

5. Sequential and bonus rewards

Some campaigns may grant a discount on a future ride after you complete an eligible journey. Timing, expiry, and payment rules are defined in the app for that campaign. Cancelled or unpaid journeys may not qualify unless we say otherwise.

6. Promo codes and referrals

Codes may be single-use or limited per passenger, device, or household. We may refuse redemption that appears fraudulent, automated, or contrary to the spirit of the offer. Referral programmes may require a valid invite flow and completion of defined milestones before rewards are granted.

7. Stacking

Unless we explicitly allow it, you cannot combine multiple platform promotions on the same ride beyond what the checkout quote shows. Other discounts (for example corporate account pricing) may interact with marketing as described at booking.

8. Contact

Questions about a specific ride or charge should go through contact or in-app support. For general programme questions, use the same channels.
